PHOTO INSTALLATION

This photo installation explores a contemporary representation of Penelope through a polymorphous portrait created from an archive of early internet research. Penelope.index challenges the reliability of defining information, revealing diverse connotations and applications of the name. The documentation establishes a connection between the patient and faithful Homeric figure and its contemporary manifestations.

Viewers are immersed in a blue-lit ambiance with tables for consulting the archived images under 7 themes.
